On April 15, 2010 at the Palais Royale, Houselink Community Homes will bring together leaders of the philanthropic, business and artistic communities to experience an elegant evening of photography, wine and music. 

Each year Houselink’s Auction (aka Double Exposure), co-chaired by Stephen Bulger and Carole Tanenbaum, raises over $100,000 to help provide affordable, supportive housing for over 500 Torontonians living with mental illness. The event helps us address homelessness by focusing attention on the devastating effects of poverty and mental illness.

With your support, you will help:

• Break down social isolation and provide recreational and social   programs for Houselink members              
• Create access to regular nutritious meals through our Food Program and Drop-In kitchens
• Create flexible employment hours for Houselink members
• Children living at Houselink to play sports, participate in extra-curricular activities, and go to summer camps like their peers.

In 2009, you helped us reach our goal of raising $1 million dollars since the event’s inception 10 years ago. In 2010, we want to continue to help our neighbours break the cycle, and regain control of their lives.
